The terms that govern access to and use of LogBuildr.

1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of LogBuildr, including the website, application, documentation, support, and related services. By accessing or using LogBuildr, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts and workspaces
Users must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. Organizations are responsible for activity in their workspaces, including users they invite and content entered into the service.
3. Authorized use
You may use LogBuildr only for lawful business or organizational purposes and in accordance with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Customer content
You retain rights to content entered into LogBuildr. You grant LogBuildr the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and back up that content to provide and secure the service.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and seats
Paid plans are billed according to the plan selected by the workspace. A seat is an active user in a workspace. Fees, included seats, add-on seats, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation options may be shown during checkout or billing management. Access to paid features may depend on active subscription status.
6. Service availability
LogBuildr is preparing for production launch and may not yet be available for general use. The service may be modified, suspended, limited, or discontinued as needed for maintenance, security, legal, or business reasons.
7. Restrictions
You may not misuse LogBuildr, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service, submit unlawful content, use the service to harm others, or violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
8. Security responsibilities
Organizations are responsible for assigning appropriate roles, removing users who no longer need access, reviewing audit history, and ensuring that information entered into LogBuildr is appropriate for the service.
9. Disclaimers
LogBuildr is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. LogBuildr does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every regulatory requirement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogBuildr will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
11. Termination
LogBuildr may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, nonpayment, security risk, unlawful activity, or misuse of the service. Users may stop using the service at any time.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
