LogBuildr provides a structured logging platform for organizations. This Privacy Policy explains how LogBuildr collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when users access the website, application, documentation, support channels, and related services.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account information, workspace information, user names, email addresses, authentication identifiers, organization details, subscription and billing information, support communications, usage and security logs, and content that users enter into LogBuildr, including logs, fields, metadata, records, imports, reminders, notifications, and audit history.
3. Payment information
Payments and subscriptions are processed by a third-party payment processor. LogBuildr may store subscription status, plan information, customer identifiers, subscription identifiers, billing email, included seat counts, and related billing metadata. LogBuildr does not intend to store full payment card numbers.
4. How we use information
We use information to provide the service, authenticate users, administer workspaces, process subscriptions, manage seats and roles, provide support, improve reliability, protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service-related updates.
5. Customer content
Customer content belongs to the organization or user that enters it, subject to the Terms of Use. LogBuildr uses customer content to provide the service and does not sell customer content to advertisers.
6. Sharing information
We may share information with service providers that help operate LogBuildr, including hosting, database, authentication, email, payment, security, and support providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, to enforce policies, or as part of a business transfer.
7. Data security
LogBuildr uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for protecting their credentials and using appropriate access controls within their organizations.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain audit history, and support legitimate business purposes. Organizations may request deletion or export assistance subject to account status, legal requirements, and technical limitations.
9. Location and availability
LogBuildr is initially intended for organizations in the United States and Canada. Users should not use LogBuildr where prohibited by applicable law.
10. Children
LogBuildr is not intended for children under 13 or for use by minors without appropriate organizational authorization.
11. Your choices
Users may update account information through the service where available or contact support for assistance. Workspace administrators may manage users, roles, logs, and records within the application.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
